Recent uncovered lies told by the City of Seattle.
http://capitolhillseattle.com/2010/08/07/capitol-hills-jubilee-granted-15k-in-seattle-technology-funds
I find it shocking that the City of Seattle would support a “technology grant” over a grant to keep a 400 man shelter going. We are looking for more lies told by the City of Heartlessness.
The upside is we plan to move level 2 and 3 sex offenders as close to McGinn and City Council homes as a gesture of thanks.

There are many forums too. Many forums. Tim Burgess excites hate.
These holes are not only amazing, but some are really terrifying – especially #5!
The sheer scale of these holes reminds you of just how tiny you are.
1. Kimberley Big Hole – South Africa

Apparently the largest ever hand-dug excavation in the world,
this 1097 meter deep mine yielded over 3 tons of diamonds
before being closed
2. Glory Hole – Monticello Dam, California
A glory hole is used when a dam is at full capacity and water needs to be drained from the reservoir

This is the ‘Glory Hole’ at Monticello dam, and it’s the largest in the world of this type of spillway, its size enabling it to consume 14,400 cubic feet of water every second.
3 Great Blue Hole , Belize

This incredible geographical phenomenon known as ablue hole is situated 60 miles
off the mainland of Belize. There are numerous blue holes around the world,
but none as stunning as this one.
4 Sinkhole in Guatemala

These photos are of a sinkhole that occurred early this year in Guatemala . The hole swallowed 2 dozen homes and killed at least 3 people.
5 The Butt-Hole

Tim Burgess. Reputed as always talking from his butt-hole!

My Opinion
We will start this post based on the flawed analysis and opinion from a flawed man who served the streets as a cop. He probably sucked at that, but to go re-write gun control (a constitutional issue) is like pissing on a spark plug. No, Tim wants to control the ‘filth’ of the city-something other sociopaths (well written throughout world history) has done-unsuccessfully. One of the most notorious sociopaths in my life time was hunted down and hung for his beliefs and actions.
The legal issues are many in what Burgess proposed. Targeting panhandlers for crime (another constitutional issue) is like targeting an aggressive salesman for the same crime. You see, panhandlers are seen by this malignant personality (Burgess) as a disease, but the real disease is in the flawed perception of disease-criminalization of low income and no income individuals which, Tim apparently does not represent. Crime fighters are fictitious. Batman, Superman and the like are purely from the mind of a sociopath or a sociopath wanna-be. They believe that in order to ‘control society’ you must invoke fear. We saw that recently when Tim and a few sergeants at Seattle Police Department engaged in the unlawful disorder by bringing the killing to the downtown area. The concept of ‘flushing’ out the enemy is an old political trick used by a sociopath. The ploy almost worked and it cost a few good men and the public their lives to push this sick agenda of theirs. By now Tim is only concerned with getting enough votes.
Tim is demented and desperate enough to listen to that 23% or so who are scared (sociophobic) just to gain votes. Votes means power. Power means money. More money just shows how much your moral compass is screwed up. Ask Saddam, Hitler and a few others.
A wise native American once told told me: “When you look into the eyes of a predator, you will see one of two things: Yourself or the truth.” he went on and added. “…only brave men with honest hearts and true beliefs can see the predator for what he is…”
The answer is simple for panhandling, a concept that the Burgess-es of the world would never consider: Creation of jobs.
PRO’S v. CON’S

CROSSCUT’s opinion:
Knute Berger writes:“If you’ve been around Seattle long enough to remember the civility wars of the ’90s, you might remember that The Stranger once announced that then City Attorney Mark Sidran “is Satan.” (His successor, Tom Carr, earned the title of “Satan Lite.”) A decade later, Seattle City Council member Tim Burgess is starting to move on a clean-up-the-streets agenda, which should be no surprise as Burgess is an ex-Seattle policeman. He says he’ll shortly be announcing (by the end of the month) a council initiative with the support of many in the social service community and, he expects, the new City Attorney Pete Holmes by his side... Burgess won’t say if he’s running for mayor next time (he has to worry about re-election in 2011), but he’s clearly thinking about it and staking out leadership on city-wide issues, from public safety to education. Indeed, when talking about schools, Burgess is almost, well, McGinn-like in wanting to see the city much more involved in improving education, though he’s not talking about a takeover of the district, but more cooperation between city government, the council, the mayor’s office, the school board, and the district…Perhaps “Satan’s” time has come at last.”
Dr. Wes Browning
“Today Seattle City Council Member Tim Burgess proposed a law re aggressive solicitation. It will be a new section of the Seattle Municipal Code, 15.48.050. The law is available on his website as a pdf: http://www.seattle.gov/council/burgess/attachments/2010st_disorder_leg_aggressive_solicit.pdf
I’m glad that the law doesn’t call for any new licensing. Most of the provisions look reasonable to me, although I wonder why it is necessary to write a law specifically prohibiting solicitors from engaging in the activities covered. Why can’t these prohibitions also apply to non-solicitors? Why should it be OK for a non-solicitor to block my progress along a sidewalk?
But, never mind, for now. I’ll content myself to just complain about a couple of the provisions that bother me.
Part A. 4. of the proposed law defines some forms of aggressive solicitation. The introductory paragraph says it includes but is not limited to a number of activities that are then listed, 6 in all, a. through f.
The two that concern me are b. “intentionally using physical gestures or profane or abusive language that would cause fear or alarm to a reasonable person while making a solicitation;” and f. which deals with soliciting within 15 feet of an ATM, pay station etc. The problem with b is that it isn’t specific enough and it’s open to abuses. It is a wide open invitation to class discrimination. The very sight of homeless people alarms some otherwise reasonable people. So?
The problem with f is that selling, say, a newspaper, within 15 feet of an ATM, could get you a fine, even if you aren’t even addressing your pitch to the person using the ATM. You could even be facing the other way! It’s too broad.”
Naturally, the Seattle Times supports this issue.
Isn’t it time that we elect more positive individuals who will lead, not drive? Isn’t it time we created jobs so that the homeless do something more positive than panhandle?
Don’t vote for Tim Burgess!

In the opening statements of the “2010st disorder leg aggressive solicit” we clearly point out that: ” Threatening or intimidating people while soliciting is not protected.” But what happens if the public threatens the homeless? Do they get fined? The answer is simple-no.
Finally, the City of Seattle states in the document: “The City recognizes and protects the free speech rights of all citizens, including the right to solicit donations in public places.” This is bullshit! On any given day, you can watch Seattle Police Department harass those exorcising their constitutionally protected free speech without saying a word-then you can watch the cops “shake down” the solicitor and tell him to move on.
I’m told that the ACLU has their eye on the issue. So the bottom line is that “McGinn will become the most sued Mayor in the history of Seattle”.

Seattle City Councilman Tim Burgess wrote on his blog:
“Most Encampment Dwellers Refuse City Aid The City Council was told this morning that the vast majority of homeless living in encampments refuse offers of aid from city outreach workers. In 2008, 90 outreach visits were made to 17 encampments (three or more tents or other shelters) and 19 to camps (less than three shelters). A total of 320 individuals were contacted by outreach workers and offered assistance; only 106, or 33%, accepted emergency shelter or other assistance. The city adopted new administrative policies designed to help people living in illegal encampments and camps in April 2008. The rules were refined throughout the year in response to public concerns about disposition of personal property and whether those living in the encampments were receiving adequate notice they would be prohibited from staying in the make-shift shelters. Most of the illegal encampments and camps are located in city greenbelt areas, parks, or unused portions of transportation right-of-ways. Complaints about garbage, drug use, crime, and unsanitary conditions prompted the city to become more aggressive is clearing the camps and removing garbage. Over 12 tons of garbage was removed from one encampment site on west Queen Anne last summer. The Council was also told this morning by a representative of the city’s Human Services Department ples that none of those who agreed to accept city assistance were turned away. This has been an important focus for me, making sure all individuals who wanted it could receive emergency shelter beds and other assistance.”
Thanks for your opinion Tim, but, the city has made no effort to provide the quality of life for couples having embedded relationships-that they have come to expect in your world. While the city says that encampments are “illegal” the United States District Court has issued different opinions as far as the disposal of property is concerned is in fact illegal as well in a recent court case involving homeless encampments in Homeless v. City of Fresno in which the city was ordered to pay $6,000 to each homeless person involved in that sweep.
The city of Seattle refuses to do things right. Those persons we have talked to, don’t want shelter’s because of many threats that they face inside: Lice, HEP-C, Tuberculosis, MERSA, Scabies, Necrotic Facitious, Psychotic head games and abuse from staff member’s like Salvation Army for example.
Do the world a favor: Get a clue! Have one of staff member’s stay in your emergency shelter at City Hall!
Most homeless prefer the privacy of the own tents not sleeping elbow to elbow in a 40-100 man shelter! Nor will any couple agree to stay in your couples shelters if they care about their loved ones.
Now that the city’s 10 year housing plan has dead ended, perhaps you need to explore the obvious-our cheaper housing plan and stop arresting those for their choices.
Recent photos of certain city council members have surfaced. Investigators question whether unethical conduct is at play. One year of surveilance may play a key role in the ouster of the main five.
