HU prepares to make McGinn the most sued administration in Seattle history

Two law firms were recently paid $2.5 million each to handle complaints sported by the homeless in two major cases-one involving sweeps and another involving Seattle Center.

1. Bag Issues at Seattle Center.

2. Indifference as a form of discrimination.

3  Malicious Harassment. Video taped earlier today by HU attorney’s.

The second involves Malicious Harassment and the Center House Bistro Bar, Center House Deli and Pizza Haven who have told attorneys representing another case “…we don’t want the homeless in Seattle Center.”

All of which are separate suits that we guarantee will be media affairs.

Indifferent Treatment as a Form of Discrimination

The final allegation in the Seattle Center Investigation: Indifference as a form of discrimination or simply put, if you treat a racially diverse group differently that you do the general public, then you are guilty of discrimination. 11,621 photos and 21 videos will find their way on this website and will face a challenge in court.

Some of photos were taken since last February shows Center House Employees walking past  “homieee’s” (general public) and were left alone by security, but when a homeless person falls asleep-they are immediately woken.

Homeless will also allege that they are excluded from areas of the center house which offer plugs to operate laptops to take advantage of the city’s free WiFi. Seattle Police and Seattle City Parks did the same thing in 2007.

Early last  fall, a video was shot of SGT. LU Eagle in his 4 minute assault on a group of both advocates and homeless in the center of the Center House by a elderly HU photographer utilizing a “HD Body Camera” most used by news services. The direction of the assault was centered on the Director and another unnamed advocate in which SGT Eagle threatened to go “personal” on the Director. A few minutes later the incident was reported to Center House Security in which SGT Eagle proclaimed that he was acting on his own personal volition as to remove the group of seven homeless whom occupied the Center House.

Recently, the Director raised more than $1,000,000.00 to secure an attorney for the group. This issue will not be settled out of court, nor is the issue going to be swept under the table.

The usual Wednesday night address to the Board of Directors has been replaced by a meeting with 330 team leaders in a protest that will occur in August.

Seattle Centers “Preacher John” makes history during a performance with “Awesome”

Preacher John, a homeless man at Seattle Center, recently made a hit in the Center House:

Christina Orr-Cahall in an article on SEATTLE CITY BRIGHTS

During a technical glitch in the performance, the lead singer who had noticed this Seattle Center local singing along in the audience motioned him to come forward. They talked for a few seconds and, Preacher John, as he is known began singing into “Awesome’s” mic in this bluesy, gospel voice about the Lord and salvation. Improv group that it is the band began backing him up. Now this takes a fair amount of courage since the band didn’t know him at all. (I am reminded of the time that Colonel Sanders was a passenger on a flight I was also on and he managed to talk the attendant into giving him her mic. He promptly began selling us all fried chicken for 10 minutes as she struggled to reassert her cabin role.) But what happened at Seattle Center was more of a British Idol moment, Seattle’s version of Susan Boyle. The most wonderful voice came out of Preacher John. Everyone was amazed; yes, because we do make unfair assumptions no matter how much we try not to. People at Seattle Center “knew” him, but no one knew he could sing. Wouldn’t days/weeks/years on the street, brutally cold ones recently, ruin your singing voice? Not in this case.”

I walked by Preacher John the following day and he looked at me with serious eyes:

“You saw my performance last night.”

“Yes, good job!” I said positively.

“They’re not going to let me sing tonight.” Preacher John said sadly

I lowered my head. I knew the heartaches associated with singing and songwriting. I am a musician and songwriter myself-but that’s another story. Preacher John occasionally sings without a band at Seattle Center.

Blackouts Expected for Public WiFi at Seattle Center

Archangel now begins as servers in Belgium, Russia and Germany start jamming Seattle WiFi because of recent meanness by Robert Nellums. The homeless are in fact being denied Seattle WiFi because all of the public access plugs next to the Center House School located on the third floor.

What comes next?

This morning, a email alert similar to the EAM posted earlier this week, requesting a response to bring in  high end gaming-quad core computers with extra batteries using  flooder’s and low power jamming of the 2 Ghz routers located on center house property from an office building owned by an investment group associated with the International Homeless Underground.

This is just a protest and proves Nickelsville’s claim that the city does not what the homeless in public spaces.

A new effort may extend to public WiFi throughout the city. Hackers are now en-route to Seattle for more maliciousness.

Seattle Center Lawsuit-On Hold

Seattle Center lawsuit is now on hold because of the Anderson v. City of Seattle (Seattle Center) lawsuit as one witness Roger Whitadaka was sequestered by the Board of Directors and sent to Mexico City where he will be on vacation. The reason for sequestering Whittadaka was so that there will not be any current operations at Seattle Center-compromised.

Recent attempts to contact local attorneys to represent homeless in the Ten Year Plan have ended. It is believed that garbled communications sported by boost mobile is to blame.

Problems at Seattle Center

By Aimee

Seattle.

Seattle Center will now be projected into a different change in vending practices. Business owners at the Center House have alleged that the homeless have damaged their businesses.  Employee’s jumped on the band wagon recently and began to harass the homeless.  Both Richard and Alex have been jumping through hoops doing just that! This isn’t a silent campaign nor is it a pissing contest between the homeless and Center Employees. Center House businesses back the two terrorist.  Nellum, the supervisor of the extreme pair of aging idiots now has something to prepare for: Trouble.

Gathering intelligence is a forefront of any war, well we did just that. Food samples were collected, documented and supervised by the Underground’s legal staff. The preliminary information does not look good for the businesses. Several of the samples contained cross contamination chicken and beef.

Center employees aren’t bad folk, as we found out. They tipped us off!  More on this story later as we expose the truth about the food court, the handling and storage dates of food; down to the explicit video of the four and one-half hour change out’s on the serving line.

We will add that the videos, stills and test results for the Royal Thai, Tokyo Teriyaki, Magic Dragon and the Center House Bistro will be made available on this website and the PDF’s of lab information will be created and offered for public inspection. As for Fazzio, Richard and Alex; well they may have their day in court.
