The administrator Robert Nellums of Seattle Center and the director of security recently spoofed 14 chronic homeless persons from the grounds located in Seattle, Washington, which may have violated their civil liberties. The spoofs were employees misled the homeless into believing that they were barred for a year for “behavioral” problems.
More was recently added to the stack when discovery of policies ten years of added meanness from previous administrations were compiled by homeless friendly employees at the center.
Magic Mike lead the way which made it possible for buskers to operate on Center property after decades of arrests and harassment for peddling songs and other forms of entertainment.
The Underground has been photographing and random video taping for four years, went active in February of this year and stepped up their activities documenting more than 66 OSHA violations involving hook-offs while operating sizzor lifts, operating lifts while public walked, ate or sat during operating hours of peak times when public use was at it’s highest.
Staff recently diminished WIFI bandwidth because the homeless were using the system.
Attorney’s have recently alleged that Nellums is behind the meanness.

A homeless couple will now address the housing issue (ten year plan) in court. What may happen is this:
Because the city signed an agreement to impliment this plan, the city will have to cough up $1,000,000 .00 for their housing and for a failed attempt at criminalization in 2007. The couple will next block Mc Ginn’s habitat and other plans in federal court. They are talking to a local about the issue.

from Seattle so that the homeless cannot recieve services from downtown.
Seattle Center lawsuit is now on hold because of the Anderson v. City of Seattle (Seattle Center) lawsuit as one witness Roger Whitadaka was sequestered by the Board of Directors and sent to Mexico City where he will be on vacation. The reason for sequestering Whittadaka was so that there will not be any current operations at Seattle Center-compromised.
Recent attempts to contact local attorneys to represent homeless in the Ten Year Plan have ended. It is believed that garbled communications sported by boost mobile is to blame.
